楠木赖子（高桥美佳子 配音）是个14岁的初中生，在班上没什么朋友，但偶然得到班上极为耀目的美少女柚木加菜子（戸松遥 配音），两人成为朋友，不料相约乘电车去看湖时飞来横祸，加莱子落下站台被列车轧成重伤。刑警木场修太郎（关贵昭 配音）调查此案，发现加莱子似乎有着神秘的重要身份，同时以多摩为中心，整片地区陆续发现许多被分尸的尸体残块，关注整个事件的中禅寺敦子（桑岛法子 配音）、关口巽（木内秀信 配音）、鸟口守彦（浪川大辅 配音）为了写出内幕报道，调查中在森林中发现古怪建筑物，如巨大的匣子，一切谜底的最终还要靠京极堂（平田広明 配音）揭开……。‘Treasures from the Wreck of the Unbelievable’ charts the story behind Damien Hirst’s most ambitious project to date.
